The Jedi struck out in fear, hitting the giant, but to his surprise, he didn't die - he split into hundreds of small versions of himself, overwhelming Minch. Suddenly, the Dark master grew to a tremendous size, towering over Minch. Minch professed his loyalty to the Jedi, and the two engaged in a duel, with Minch intent on proving his skill. Sensing Minch's anger, he believed he could lure him to the Dark Side.
